Celebrating 60+ Years in Tucson!
E-Konomy Pool Service & Supplies was founded by Bill and Mary Chancey in their garage in 1961, with a uniquely spelled name to remember!
As their business grew, they opened their first retail store on East 22nd Street, followed by another in Green Valley. Known for their proud service, they hired Steve DeCook as the first non-owner retail manager in 1980.
By 1983, Steve partnered with his brother Bill to purchase the company, which then operated out of a small, rented building with a few old trucks and employees.
The business rapidly expanded and moved to a larger facility up the street in 1988. They further grew by acquiring "Professional Pool Care" in 1996 and started selling spas, making another move in 2004 to a bigger location.

​In 2014, E-Konomy consolidated operations at a new location, before opening another retail and spa location in 2015 to serve Northwest Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley. Their commitment to exceptional service resulted in a growing team of dedicated employees.
