Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of residential and commercial pools and spas. The incumbent will service a prescribed route and keep clients informed of recommended modifications while providing exceptional customer service.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean pools per company procedures and standards, including but not limited to the technician’s prescribed route, one-time cleans, vacation service and coverage for other technicians as assigned.
  • Communicate concerns or recommended repairs to customers and field supervisor.
  • Report issues and/or concerns to field supervisor for resolution or further action.
  • Complete all customer paperwork and weekly timesheet.
  • Provide coverage for other pool maintenance technicians as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Operate a company vehicle.

Repair Technician

This position is responsible for installation and/or repair of pool pumps, filters, heaters, pool plumbing, and automation systems. The incumbent will work a prescribed route and keep clients informed of recommended modifications while providing exceptional customer service.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repair and/or replace all filter pump, and motor makes and models. Ensure proper filter/pump/motor sizing to provide the correct flow and filtration for the pool/spa.
  • Provide troubleshooting, repair or replacement services for all major brand heater
  • Install, repair and provide customers with lighting solutions.
  • Install, repair and program all major automation systems.
  • Install and repair all major brands of alternative sanitizers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues with pool and spa equipment; repair or replace damaged pool/spa equipment wiring, ground-fault circuit interrupters and breakers.
  • Repair or install large commercial filters, pumps, controllers, heaters, etc.
  • Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • 1 year of repair/construction, or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Operate a company vehicle.

Repair Coordinator

The Repair Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and execution of integrated
office procedures. This is a key position that functions as the hub of operations, involved with
and supporting the repair department.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate schedules for repair technicians and repair manager.
• Schedule estimates and repair visits with customers.
• Prepare a parts list of needed materials required for repairs.
• Work with the support team to secure necessary parts to complete repairs.
• Maintain communication with customers; keep customers updated on status of
repair(s).
• Update customer profile with relevant notes and/or pictures.
• Monitor texting system for incoming customer/technician communication.
• Inform management of work load and potential issues.
• Provide coverage for coordinators in other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through
experience required.
• 2 years’ relevant experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Prolonged periods in a stationary position while working at a desk and on a
computer.

Retail Associate

The Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customers in maintaining their pools and spas. The incumbent will support the branch manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the assigned store is exceeding all expectations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and direct customers.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding pool and spa care.
  • Answer customers’ questions regarding specific products/services.
  • Provide customer feedback to the branch manager.
  • Use the POS register to assist customers in sales transactions.
  • Ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

  • Prolonged periods moving throughout the retail store.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
